FAQs

What is The GATHERing?

The GATHERing is Sharp Reflections’ annual Pre-Stack PRO user group meeting. It’s an event where we can get quality time with our users and find out what’s important to them, allow first-looks at the newest and upcoming features in the software, and provide a place for people to connect.

Who should attend?

The GATHERing is perfect for any Pre-Stack PRO user (no matter the amount of experience), service customers, managers that benefit from the use of Pre-Stack PRO in their business area, and also our development partners and sponsors.

When is it?

This year, the GATHERing will be held from the 26 – 28 of September. A welcome dinner will kick off the event on the 26th, followed by two days of sessions on the 27th and 28th (See schedule above).

Where is it?

We are holding the event in Kassel, Germany, at Wintershall’s headquarters.

How much does it cost?

The cost for attending the GATHERing is 300 EUR, payable by credit card or invoice.

Is the hotel included?

The cost of your stay at the hotel is not included, but we have rooms blocked at the Kurparkhotel Bad Wilhemshöhe with special room rates of 115 EUR (single) and 146 EUR (double) per night. If you designate the nights you are staying in the registration form, we will gladly reserve the rooms for you.

How do I get to Kassel?

We recommend flying into Frankfurt and then taking the train. There are 42 trains running from the airport to Kassel every day and it takes approximately 2 hours.
