Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Issue Resolution
  • Provide timely and effective on-site and remote support to diagnose and resolve software-related issues
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex software issues, escalating to support team or product team when necessary.
  • Ensure issues are fully documented, tracked, and communicated clearly to clients
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Manage client expectations by providing regular updates and transparent timelines
  • Act as a trusted advisor to support efficient and effective software usage
Training & Enablement

  • Deliver user training sessions to help clients maximise the value of the software

  • Provide tailored one-on-one coaching for advanced workflows and specific client needs

  • Advise on best practices and optimal workflows

Continuous Improvement & Feedback
  • Gather user feedback and identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to enhance software performance and usability
  • Share insights from client interactions to influence future product development
Geophysical Services/Consulting
  • Gradually contribute to advanced geophysical services including:
    – Seismic processing
    – Data analysis
    – 4D interpretation
    – Seismic inversion
  • Develop domain expertise to deliver technically differentiated consulting solutions to clients

Skills & Experience

Essential:
    • Strong grounding in seismic data analysis
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work directly with clients in a professional, service-oriented manner
Desirable:
    • Experience with geophysical interpretation or processing workflows
    • Exposure to seismic inversion or 4D analysis
    • Previous experience in a client-facing or support role
