As a Technical Sales and Customer Support Manager, main responsibilities will include ensuring Bluware and Sharp Reflections products are promoted, demonstrated, sold, and optimally installed and used for our clients.
You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, delivering the revenues assigned to you, maximizing the value of the company’s products and services, solving problems, and being a brand ambassador. Excellent problem-solving, customer-focused skills, time management, and collaboration/communication skills will be critical to succeed in this role.
You will engage with new and existing clients and present at conferences to increase the client base and grow existing accounts. You will work closely with the product team to contribute and stay up to date with our latest innovations and roadmap definition.
A strong foundation in geoscience or geophysics is essential for success in this position.
